PROOF OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PURCHASING

KELLNERS POLICY FOR PURCHASING 1.4g PROFESSIONAL FIREWORKS
Customers wishing to purchase 1.4g pro must have ONE of the following

- A valid ATF Explosives or Fireworks license or permit in their name

- Be on the list of Responsible Persons or Employee Possessors of a valid ATF licensee / permit

- A valid state fireworks or pyrotechnics exhibitors license

- Local permission from a municipality for a professional fireworks display

- A certificate of completion of the PGI Introduction to Professional Use Pyrotechnics training course AND one of the follow - A training certificate from a federally licensed Fireworks display company, successful completion of the PGI Display Fireworks Operator class or American Pyrotechnics Association Fireworks Educational Training certification

- No one but the licensee/permittee will be able to pick up the merchandise UNLESS the RELEASE / AUTHORIZATION FOR PICKUP FORM is provided to us by the licensee/permitee PRIOR to pickup.
